You will stay in a shared room or a private room. This retreat house is a slice of paradise. The well-appointed, spacious home is complete with a yoga room, full kitchen, lanai, private pool overlooking the tropical backyard-complete with banana tree, two full bathrooms and washer and dryer.

Yoga is known to complement most sports, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and surfing included. In fact, there is no better place to practice your surf skills than in the east coast surf capital of Cocoa Beach. Your time to reconnect can be enjoyed in meditation workshops, relaxing massage, and sunrise yoga as well as stand-up paddleboard yoga along the beautiful Banana River, all topped off with the beautiful sunny weather! Day three

• 06:15 – 07:15 Sunrise beach yoga with Stephanie and Nikki
• 07:30 – 09:30 Breakfast break
• 09:30 – 12:30 Stand up paddleboard experience and yoga class on the river with Steph
• 11:00 – 13:00 Break
• 13:00 – 14:30 Private yoga and meditation session

Day 4 – Departure day

• 06:15 – 07:15 Beach yoga sunrise with Nikki and Stephanie
• 07:30 – 09:30 Surf lesson with Nikki
• 10:00 – 11:00 Check out and departure

The holiday will take place in Florida, USA. Cocoa Beach (home of Kelly Slater and the east coast surfing mecca) offers warm, turquoise ocean waters and lazy lagoons. They boast amazing waves for beginners and shredders. This retreat house is the perfect spot for your surf, SUP, and yoga adventure.

Surrounded by the Banana River, seven minutes from the beach, seven minutes from the studio, and a seven-minute walk from the park, it is the perfect location. Within walking distance of Cocoa Beach-Aquatics Center, City Park, Skate Park, and Paddle Board Launch (for our paddle board yoga class), the retreat home has everything to offer and then some.
